Volunteers are a crucial part of enhancing a guest’s experience. A Guest Experience Volunteer is responsible for taking care of the “little things” that help to brighten someone’s day, especially in extremely stressful times. Help make Altrusa Hospitality House a “HOME.”
Guest Services

Assemble various types of care packages for guests. We’ll demonstrate to you what needs to be done, and you’ll gather and create the packages.

Bake cookies, snacks, or other types of goodies right within our kitchen facilities.

Visit with guests in common areas to provide empathy and support.

Distribute “thinking of you” cards to guests within the facility.

Other duties specific to the enhancement of the guest experience or as assigned by the Guest Experience Manager.
Lead Activities

Lead a Pajama Party / Movie Night in the Living Room for our guests.

Are you crafty, or just enjoy the arts? Lead a coffee and crafts group or painting event for our guests.

Why play for the four walls, bring your talents to Altrusa Hospitality House and provide live music at our facility for guests.

Use your creativeness to provide interactive fun for our guests at Altrusa Hospitality House. Come up with ideas and run them by us.
